The domain isn't with Network Solutions, so filling in the Network
Solutions host form won't do any good. You need to create the nameservers
with OpenSRS (Tucows).

I don't know about Webfusion's system, but the way it works on the OpenSRS
control panel that we provide for customers is that you log in to manage
your domain and go to 'Nameservers'. At the bottom of the page there is a
link to 'Create Nameservers on this Domain'.
