[cobalt-users] corrupted postgres

I notice a few other RAQ3i users have gotten this error before, but
nobody seemed to have posted a followup akin to "thanks for the
suggestion, that fixed it!"

I havn't installed any cobalt packages in almost a year. I haven't used
the GUI in almost a year.

Here are the errors reported by cron.daily:
