As someone has already replied, use one of your RaQs as a master server,
and the other as a slave.

No matter where your sites are hosted, all the DNS gets set up in the
RaQ used as the master.

On the RaQ used as the slave, just set up "secondary" records, pointing
toward the first RaQ.
