[cobalt-users] Applying a change to all vsites

Is there a way to apply one change to all of the sites hosted on a
RaQ3?  I want to increase the storage for each by 5Mb.  I'm looking
for something like changing a value in a PostgreSQL table and running
a Cobalt script to recognise and apply the changes.  Has anyone done
this?  Is it possible?
