Ok, looks good, your partitions are far from being used near capacity
of 80%, so I can not figure out why you received the error message about
exceeding capacity.

Sounds like your GUI interface is not reporing the actual disk usage.
To the extreme, I would backup all your users and config data with a
back up product like Retrospect or mabye the internal back up system
and copy the data via FTP or via tape. Then, with a restore CD from Cobalt,
get a new drive and re-install the OS to it, then restore your users
data to a back up machine. Then swap the old machine with the back up
machine a hope no one notices.
If you don't have a backup raq or machine, there is a Raq 3 being offered
