No, it won't because it has nothing to do with the PHP4-Binaries. The PHPLib
files are only "normal" php-scripts which will be included.

If you change the auto-prepend file within the php.ini , phplib will be
available by all domains hostet on your raq which have php activated. If you
only want one domain use the phplib try to solve this with a .htaccess

I've never seen one because it's not needed ;)

yes and no. For one domain it's ok, but if all domains shall have phplib put
it elsewhere ...

Yes, with the suffix /php/
