[cobalt-users] user sites messed.

When I installed the MySQL package it seems to have stopped user sites from
working (www.domain.com/users/<username>/) - when I try to access one of
these URLs it brings up a 404 error. Whilst its not the most crucial of
features it is annoying as hell. Anyone know what files to go look for so I
can hopefully correct this problem?
