Mostly from the competition.
Our UK based subsidiary use raqs from UK2.net and have found them to be very 
good value.

There is currently no phone support but there is talk of a dedicated raq 
users hotline after grumbles from their customers. There is also fairly good 
online support.

Absolutely not true (in our case), just a few hours.

There is also the very helpful UK2 Raq customers forum group at:
uk2raq.com, my colleagues tell me they are extremely helpful.

I would say, that along with an apparently very good network infrastructure, 
100 mbit bandwidth sustained rate (not burst rate,
all in all, a good deal.
