I just went in and took out the PTR records for them. So now what I have is
(use one of my client's sites for example)
thebirthingwomb.com --> 208.155.66.219
www.thebirthingwomb.com --> 208.155.66.219
Right Carrie. Just like that. You need two "a" records, one with the
hostname (www) and one without (just the domain) and of course
records for any other sites with other hostnames tagged to that
domain.
One caveat: it was mentioned to me here on the list yesterday (I
think it was Jim but if not my apologies) that the approach I
described can cause problems with sites using Frontpage because of
the way that program stores file for upload and editing. Since I
don't use it at all and none of our clients do either, I'm not
sensitive to that potential problem. But you should keep that in mind.
As for the Raq4, that's the first time I've ever seen a screenshot of
it and I thank you for that. Unfortunately, as you can now surmise, I
am an ignoramus when it comes to that machine so I can't tell you
what the heck to put in those boxes! Maybe some of the others here
will know. That GUI looks interesting though.
Good luck with these issues.
Alfredo
