In an effort to provide premium quality support services to all of our

Technical Support is available via telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, for all registered Cobalt server owners.  If you are not
registered, don't worry - a Support Engineer will assist you in
registering your product when you call.  Support Engineers are being
added to assist you faster than ever before, and are waiting now to
help.

We will now offer 30 days of free basic technical support for Cobalt RaQ
and Qube servers, and the Phoenix Adaptive Firewall.  Basic support
includes installation, configuration, and introduction to the many
functions within the Graphical Administrator's Interface of your Server.

	YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE IT RIGHT AWAY!
	Your 30-days begins with your FIRST CONTACT to Cobalt's Technical
Support Center.  From that time, you will have free unlimited access to
basic support for 30 days to get you on your way quickly and easily.

	EXTENDED SUPPORT IS STILL AVAILABLE!
	After your 30 days of free support, you can still get expert help.
Basic technical support services will be available for $49.95 per
incident, payable by credit card.  The same quality service is
available, and satisfaction is guaranteed or you don't pay!

	ADVANCED ENGINEERING SUPPORT
	If you need assistance with advanced support functions, you can
purchase support services from our ENGINEERING SUPPORT GROUP for
$200/hour.
