as ideas for improving your product.

Perhaps you need to make your own users list where bugs, questions,
comments, etc can be posted.

I must be misunderstanding you here. It sounds like you don't want to
support your product and now want to sell it and not support it?
If you want to create some software for the cobalts do it right and use the
users to build a working product for the masses! Install some bug tracking
software, a user list, make alpha, beta and stable versions, Maybe create a
cvs? But don't get mad because you got alot of attention. If you would
like me to help you let me know offlist.
