[cobalt-users] Raq2 basic questions

Hi:

	As you can see for my questions, I'm new here, and I have 
some really basic problems:

1. where can I find soft as mysql, php3, ssh, ... on .pkg format?
  (I didn't found it on ftp.cobalt.com)
2. how can I create new users?
  (I didn't found any command such as adduser or useradd)
