I am having the same proiblem - haven't checked the logs yet - butr it
throws up an error page in the browser 2 out of 5 times - if you browser
back button to go back and re-enter it usually works. I only get this
problem, so far under IE - hasn't happened with netscape.

I am having the similar problems - it throws up an error page in the
browser 2 out of 5 times - if you browser back button to go back and
re-enter it usually works. I only get this problem, so far under IE - hasn't
happened with netscape.
