Allegedly, they leased an ISDN line purely for the purpose of the SPAM, so
reporting them to the upstream provider of the leased line was a waste of
time since they discontinued using it after completing the spam fest.

They also, allegedly, bully people into retractions with threat of legal
action because they don't like people saying unkind things about them.

Draw your own conslusions I guess, they seem to be among the top of the most
hated hosting companies in the webmaster community, mainly due to their
attitude to those that consume their products from those online resources
that I frequent.
