Hard to tell; Cobalt's implementation of Mailman (I think it's Mailman;
someone correct me if I'm wrong) removes all prior received headers
before resending the post, it seems <frown>.

While removing prior received headers is a space-saver, it also makes
this kind of checking hard to do. There's not enough information in the
headers for any of the anti-spam organizations to work on <frown>.
