My raq# will not reboot. Not from the web admin, not from the front panel
and not from a telnet command. The strange thing is the server is still
running fine. Web, mail, dns all are running. I ran a top and there are no
zombie programs. Any Ideas?
I called tech support and was very excited when I quickly got a live person.
Unfortunately he said he needed to escalate the problem and took all my
information telling me someone would call me back. Well that was YESTERDAY
morning and still no call back!
