You need two IP's (one for each ns), and you'll register each IP with ns1.xxx
and ns2.xxx at InterNIC (assuming your domain victorstorm.com was registered
with InterNIC, I didn't check)..  Go to this page at the InterNIC's web site
and fill-out/submit the form (once for each ns/IP) 

-->> http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/makechanges/itts/host

Then once InterNIC accepts and updates the info in their database (takes 1-2
days), then you'll want to go to your RaQ and under:

"Control Panel" -->> "Network"

type in the primary and secondry ns IP's and you're all set.
