I have a Raq3, on EST time and using Front Page 2000 with all the latest
patches. On a form you can choose to have the date and time stamps as
fields in the form that is sent. The time on my Raq is correct. I even
have it auto getting the time from the local Naval Observatory. When
someone fills out the form a copy of it is sent to me and a text file is
updated. Well the mail coming to me has the correct time it was sent but
the field with the time is off by 4 hours. So if the form was submitted at
0600 the time field on the form says 1000. I have the correct EST set in
the time configuration. I have asked tech support and they had me pico
/etc/sysconfig/clock and change the UTC=false...it was true...and reboot.
Well...that didn't change anything. Has anyone else seen this problem. I
already went down the Microsoft road and guess where they pointed the
finger...
