[cobalt-users] Restore

How do I uncompress a restore file without restoring it to the origional
location?
or are there any Windows applications that will open a backup file for the
Raq3??

I backed up a website, deleted the website from the server, added the
website to the server and now I want to restore the site but it wont restore
it because the site number has changed. For example: The site used to be at
site158 and now the restore file wants to restore it to site152.
