Well, then. Having been reminded of what this thread was originally about...
Have you ever been able to send outside the network? Did something break, or
is this a Qube that you just can't seem to make work?

If you've added and added patches trying to make it work, I might suggest
backing up your user/config files, restoring off the CD, then simply working
from there. I had several problems getting my Qubes to send, but they were
all caused by lack of documentation, and hence by my giving the Qube
improper instructions. By trial-and-error and with help from the list, we
got it going.

A couple of quick suggestions:

* The relay mail from thing must include either the domains or IP ranges
that you're sending *TO* or *FROM*. Thus, since all mail will be either to
or from the domains and IP ranges in your company, the only things you need
to include here are your own domains and IP ranges. In my case, I use the
10.10.10.0/24 subnet internally (Class C block with 256 addresses,
10.10.10.0 through 10.10.10.255) and the domain "suma.guate.net". So all I
had to put into this field was

             suma.guate.net
             10.10.10

This is two separate lines, separated by "Enter." (carriage return, however
you call it). I also receive email sent to "suma.guate.net".

Finally everything worked. So let's see what you've got in *your* config,
and then we'll fix your problem. As a suggestion, post every detail you can
think of, and it will make your life easier as we try to get things going.
