I don't think it's ever been posted.
We've never created a script, PKG, or RPM, because after doing many of
these on many systems, we still find little "gotchas" from time to time;
our last install took a lot longer than it should have, but we learned
from it, which is good.
Most of the information you need is on the greatcircle site
("http://www.greatcircle.com/majordomo/"); that's where we got it.
You do need to create a version of majordomo called something else, you
need to have a good understanding of wrapper, and of how sendmail
restricts programs using smrsh. These are both documented well on the
greatcircle site.
You also need to understand how Cobalt implements the virtusrtable, and
how to create your own aliases file; information on both of these has
been posted to this list and the cobalt-developers list before; you can
probably find that information in the archives.
Two issues: harder to do if you're server name is also your main domain
(we don't host anything at our server name; it makes life a lot easier.
We highly recommend you don't. Otherwise majordomo@ or
majordomo-owner@ may not continue to work after you make changes to your
RaQ. And if you've already got lists running on the domain on which you
want majordomo installed (the majordomo-owner address) you'll need to
disable them first; you can re-add them later.
Once it's done you can't use the cobalt-installed majordomo on the site
on which you've installed majordomo, or any of the other sites for which
you want your installation to work. And your new installation will NOT
have a gui interface.
