[cobalt-users] Can I avoid installing OS3 again ?

Sorry to come with OS-3 update problems again

I installed the os3 upgrade with the command line ( the method that was
recommanded if you have 'many frontpage sites').
The process seemed to terminate correctly, although I encountered the
problems that have been described in this list : reset of the majordomo
config files, and pop services failure.
However, at the end, it did NOT register the OS3 package in the 'software on
the cobalt server page', which now looks like this :

Cobalt OS Release 4.0
RaQ2-All-Security Release 3.0.1-6682
RaQ2-Update-OS Release 2.0

Now, i need to install RaQ2-All-System-3.0.1-7362.pkg , but it says that i
need to install the OS3 upgrade first !

I'd rather not install it again, if I could avoid it.
so my question is : what would you do ?

1. Try to install the whole Update OS 3.0 again, over the first one ?
2.Try to check if it is has been fully installed already, and let it know to
the package manager, so it will let me install the next updates ? How can I
do so ?
3. Try to check which part of the update process is missing, and try to
restart it from that point ? Is that possible ?

Thanks for any good advice.

Ben.
