Mike, you probably should say what kind of machine you're using -- 
that can sometimes affect things.

It sounds, anyway, like a dns or mx problem. How's the mx record set 
up for that domain? Should probably be

ingennet.com   to  ingennet.com

That way you catch everything.

Also, IS there a site called "mail.ingennet.com"?

If not, check the email configs in your GUI (under control panels on 
a Raq3). If mail.ingennet.com is not in your domain aliases list (for 
pop), put it there. If there's no site for mail, you can fake it with 
that addition. But check it anyway to make sure the Raq added it if 
you have such a site.

If this doesn't help, give us the SOA configs for that site and the 
machine type and maybe someone can help out.
