So what
did I do? What anyone would do, build a better one, hopefully. Have we
succeeded? Well, as far as hardware is concerned, there is no doubt in my
mind it is better and faster and reliable.
Well, anyway, I know I am going to get flamed, and I personally do not
care, I did something that anyone would have done. Try to build a better
server that is more reliable, if anyone wants to flame me for this, then go
ahead, I have the bandwidth here to take.
David, I don't think anyone's going to "flame" you for developing a new machine.
For me, the most important point is that in your initial post you said "I just bought one, and I love it." I assumed from that that you were a customer of this company and were giving a user's review. But apparently you are WITH this company!
On a list like this one, where people who use Raqs for their work come to discuss problems and other issues related to their livelihood, it's vital that people know who's doing the talking. No matter how accurate or valid your points may be, it's important for us to know they are coming from a rep of the company that makes this machine. I mean, I think that's pretty obvious, no?
