Re: [cobalt-users] 250 site limit URGENT HELP REQUIRED

Am I bias, sure, I have owned Cobalt servers from the day they started, Also
have had trouble with them since the day I bought them. Had so many troubles
with the Iraq, I was happy when the Raq2 came out, and then it turned out to
be no better, as a matter of fact, troubles got worst and worst. Still have
a problem that Cobalt sent to a higher level 6 weeks ago, Well, GOD still
has not called me yet about the problems. Then, the Cobalt 3 came out. Once
again, I thought, no, better wait a while and see what happens. Guess what,
it was no better. Friend of mine had 2. Where are they now, in a back room
closet. I have had to do so many restores on Cobalt it is not funny. So what
did I do? What anyone would do, build a better one, hopefully. Have we
succeeded? Well, as far as hardware is concerned, there is no doubt in my
mind it is better and faster and reliable. Software? We have a good CP that
works extremely fast and we are still working on it. DNS should be finished
by end of month, and I would bet anyone that the servers we build will out
perform a Cobalt. The servers are upgradeable, can you do that on Cobalt?
Can you install normal software on them?
Well, anyway, I know I am going to get flamed, and I personally do not
care, I did something that anyone would have done. Try to build a better
server that is more reliable, if anyone wants to flame me for this, then go
ahead, I have the bandwidth here to take.

P.S. I will have several Raq1 and Raq2 servers for sell lat end of month.

David
