[cobalt-users] .com.au DNS problem

I have a client trying to delegate an .com.au domain; however, he is
receiving the following message:

Your delegation request has been parsed by the DNS consistency
checking routine, and the following error diagnostic was
generated.

ns2.mydns.net is not listed as a NS for domain domain.com.au by 
server ns1.mydns.net (ns1.mydns.net)

You will need to resolve this problem and resubmit this request.

What can I do on my end to get this fixed? Can something be done?
