Out of curiosity, why would they do this? I can't seem to come up with a
logical or useful reason from their end. It even seems counterproductive;
after all, if I send a terrorist threat and use someone else's SMTP rather
than theirs, whatever ramifications or exposure they might fear would be
reduced, right?
I don't get it.
