thanks for explaining the ORBS bit. I'm still learning the mail server
ropes. I'll find a workaround that doesn't involve open relaying.
I think the problem is that their staff set up their own packages when they
are out of office. The Vancouver office could use their ISPs roaming
package, but the office in Golden BC has an ISP with no such options.
