[cobalt-users] sql question

I'm running a RaQ4i and my question is this:
How do things happen with the SQL?
When I enable a virtual site, does it automatically put that site (or the
site admin) into the SQL as a user; or do I have to do this manually? HOW
would I do it manually? I've been trying to talk to the DB all night and I
don't even know what username and password to start with.
Arrgh if I have to do it manually, setting up DB's for virtual sites would
surely suck time like a vacumn.
If I could just figure out how to even get started, then I could interface
with a secured php program and create DBs etc. from there... but not knowing
the username and password to start with leaves me at a complete impasse.
