ChiliSoft is implemented using MS source code
(licensed) and the Mainsoft porting libraries.
Instant ASP is implemented in 100 percent Java.
Benefits that iASP has over ChiliASP include support
for double-byte localization and JScript/VBScript 5.0.
Also, the parent company of ChiliSoft,  Cobalt has just
been bought by Sun, so I'd expect that ChiliASP will be a short-lived
product.
