Sounds funny. DNS doesn't change randomly; it either works or
doesn't. So if your RaQ's work some of the time, then don't work
some of the time, that's usually not DNS.

Also, if you're pinging them using the IP address (111.222.333.444)
then DNS never gets into the mix at all! Are you, in fact, pinging
them by name or by number?

As Lorraine suggested, you can post your DNS records so we can look
at them more carefully, but I suspect the problem is in their network
not your DNS.
