I own a RaQ3 and never had that problem.

Yes, it is. In his "hosts" file (in Windows 9x, Me: c:\windows\hosts;
in Windows NT, 2000: c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc) make an entry as
follows:
<IP Address> <domain name>
In Linux the file is called /etc/hosts and you have to enter
<IP Address> <domain name> <alias for the domain in Linux>
Your client has to enter these settings in his hosts file and he can
view the domain as soon as you set it up on the server.
