[cobalt-users] Cant access the list website

I tried accessing the user website

http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-users

And I got a error 403, not authorized, can some explain

I was actually going to search on log files, so I guess
I will asked the question.

Can anyone recommend software to analyze log files from
the Raq3?
