You might want to download "list-owner-info" from ftp.nobaloney.net via
anonymous ftp.  Look at a directory first; that may not be the right
name for it.  But that's what it should be called when it's distributed
to mailing list owners.

It's included by default in the source of every majordomo distribution,
which of course Cobalt should be making available under the terms of the
license.
