Pros:
Works well.  No major (or even minor, that I can remember) problems when I
was evaluating them.

Cons:
Price.  Affordable for a chaching proxy, but still have to pay a chunk of
change.

Actually if you are interested in one, my former employer is trying to sell
one.  I think they'd let you try it out (for a small rental fee if you ended
up not purchasing it, or free if you kept it) even.
