I'm using WebTrends Log analyzer too. No problems. The only way I have
seen dropped dates is if the RaQ is brought down and you don't reset the
clock in the RaQ as soon as you bring it back up. Really messes
everything up.

Also you can set the WebTrends to go get the log by putting in the admin
name and password in the setup for each site you are checking.
