It would seem strange to me that a company advocating the use of the web is
not using the web itself, seems a bit bizarre to me.
The web is powerful, so use it. Customer Service is about prompt action,
ease of resolution and management of support costs sensibly. Your website
is also a powerful means of generating sales. A website for a hosting
company should provide details of solutions to frequently asked questions,
quick set-up guides for e-mail POP accounts - so as to reduce your
repetitive support enquiries - and details of the hosting accounts you
offer.
A website hosting company without a hosted website, how does that figure?
As with any business image is all important and a web company without a
website doesn't have an image at all. Who said the website has to be fancy,
your selling hosting not design, just simple and easy to use.
Yours confused,
Trevor.
