Ok, I called that number above and asked for Raymond.  They either could 
not find him or did not know who he was, so I was transferred.  After the 
transfer I spoke to a young lady in Tech Support and explained the 
problem.  She referred me to customer service and gave me a number to 
call.  I called Customer Service and got an answering service.  So I 
called again, but this time pressed "O" for the Operator, and got a lady 
named Diane, and low an behold, was able to get the new ears shipped out 
today.
