[cobalt-users] big trouble with log rotating

Hello,

I have big trouble with log rotating. Yesterday I received the message

===
From: Root <root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

errors occured while rotating /var/log/httpd/access

error running prerotate script --
                                leaving old log in place
===

After some reading in the archives and so on, I decided to delete the
file /var/log/httpd/access. I did a "mv /var/log/httpd/access
/home/sites/www.mydomain.com/user/myuser/web/copy". Then I restarted
the HTTP server with "/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart".

As far as I can see, everything seems to be working again (logs do
rotate), but now I receive the error message

===
From: root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (Cron Daemon)

error: core:1 lines must begin with a keyword or a filename (possibly in
double quotes)
===

Anybody knows what this means? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks so much!
Florian
