[cobalt-users] Including Cobalt Scripting/Scriptlets

We are customizing our RaQ3 and have scripts from our billing package to
add/disable/enable users and change their passwords in Virtual Sites.  Right
now after adding the users with the billing package, the scripts don't enter
info into the Postgres DB.

What I would like to do is get the code form the Cobalt Script or the
snippett of code from the script that adds users to the DB so that they can
be managed in Cobalt's UI.
