[cobalt-users] Sending Mail Creates Dead.letter File

Hello, we send mail via our Qube2 and it creates a
Dead.letter file after telneting in with the "mail -v
" command at the prompt.  The mail program says
"Possible MX record problem?" & then generates the
Dead.letter file - though we have a MX record for
domain.com -->www.domain.com & DNS is hunky dory.  Is
there anyway to diagose the problem since Level 2
support has not called back yet; they said they are
swamped and this baffled the Level 1 guys.
