If you had of purchased this from a Cobalt True Blue Reseller they would
have been able to swap that puppy out no problem. Either they would have
one in stock, or they could call the distributor, any number of ways to
receive the new part.
This is precisely the reason why you can not purchase mission critical (or
any server) or server component from a bulk mail order company.
This is *exactly* the reason why you pay an extra $20 to the VAR... they are
getting paid to be ready in case the dung hits the fan.
