[cobalt-users] (no subject)



I have been waiting for an RMA Number (I am under warranty) for a Qube2
Power Supply since August 7th: three (3) phone calls + three (3) email +
threats to my sale representative at Insight Canada...

Still waiting. I bought an off the shelf power supply and made it fit.
I cannot buy one anywhere because it's a custom/special part.

Maybe it's because there's no service in Canada...
