[cobalt-users] Disable FTP for FrontPage Users

Hello,

In an effort to make our RaQ3i server more reliable for FrontPage users, we
wish to disable FTP for all FP enabled sites. I know how to do this on a
user by user basis, but all a Site Admin has to do is create another user
and/or Site Admin and they have FTP access again.

Is it possible to set up ProFTP so that it will deny FTP access into a given
web site? I guess this would be done with specific directory settings in the
proftpd.conf, but I have tried several settings and can't seem to make any
difference.

The mailing list archive and the ProFTP site don't mention anything like
this specifically.

How are other users restricting FTP access for their FrontPage users?
