Because the raq, and most other unix machines don't allow port to port
transfers because it creates a whopping security hole on machines that are
acting as firewalls, you could open a port connection to the other side of
the firewall and access things you weren't supposed to...
The fact it works in the NT machine is just sad, there's a security patch
for NT that some admin didn't bother to install..
This is in the archives, as it was discussed a few months back, and i
think there's info there on how to allow it on the raq if you really want
to, but it will also have to be enabled on the remote machine to work...
The easiest thing would be to just telnet to the server and do a normal
ftp transfer ...;)
