Hi , it's me again :)

Ok , I have this costumer who needs to transfer a lot of BIG files from
their previous host company to my cobalt RAQ3 , and they have asked me to do
that for them.I created their host , with enough Spave , and added an admin
user with needed authorities , and everything is fine.
the only problem is , the SIte-To-Site Binary transfer doesn't work.I used
FlashFXp , and NFTP through shell , both faild. I tried other FTPs , and so
far there's only one site I can FXP from , and that's a NT 5 server. all the
other sites report something like this :

I have tried both PASSIVE and non-passive methods , with no luck,Reffered to
the dear manual , nothing there.
What should I do?Please gimme advise , a link , anything.
