[cobalt-users] Retreive a file from the Incoming FTP folder

How can I retrieve a file someone send in the "incoming" FTP folder of the
Qube2. I cannot see the file from my FTP program ? I understand how to
access a user personnal folder: log with the same name et password on the
Win98 station. But I cannot get to the "main" folder and see the the FTP
folder from my Win98 station. Each time I am asked to provide a password.
What's the procedure to set the "main/home" folder accessible to everyone on
the network to save or retrieve files.
