[cobalt-users] Majordomo Question

I have a problem with majordomo lists going to hotmail addresses.

The to field on the message is mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx and if users have 
hotmail set up to reject junk mail (and who can blame them) the message is 
not delivered as it is not addressed to the individual.

Is it possible to have the to field contain all the recipients addresses ?
