What you need to do is first turn on your email server in your controal
panel, then create a A record for mail.servername.com, and point it to your
server IP address, then in each of the sites you creat an MX
record,(mail.domain.com) and send it to the mail server
(mail.servername.com) for the user they would use the mail.domainname.com to
access the mail.

For example
if your server was ns1.mainserver.com, with the ip of 100.100.100.100
you create an a record
mail.mainserver.com, point it to 100.100.100.100
say your virtual site is www.virtual.com in the virtual.com domain
you creat an MX record in the www.virtual.com pointing to
mail.mainserver.com
your user would set up outlook for mail.virtual.com for both POP and smtp,
then use their user name and password to log in

This is somewhat confusing but I hope it helps, if not let me know and I cna
try to expalin it better

Hi,

just create a normal user within the virtual sites.

Then query the mails, e.g. with Outlook Express.
POP3 server: <name-of-virtual-site> (e.g. mydomain.com)
SMTP server: dito
User: username of the user
Password: password of the user

You need to have MX records in your name server.
