[cobalt-users] RaQ 3 freezed

Here´s the situation:
We have returned to Cobalt at list 4 RaQ3 servers presenting the
following issue:
Right after installation out of the box, and configuring all server
settings as showed in the manual, (IP, Netmask, subnet, etc), the server
will responde fine for about an hour. Including configuring internal
settings from the browser interfase.
After one hour aprox. online, the server will stop responding to all
calls, Web, ping, ip, telnet, everything. Server will need a reboot to
respond again.
Interesting is that while the server is not really responding to you,
you can still see all front panel indicators working (link, web, etc.),
and after rebooting the server, the log will say the server "has been up
and running for 1 hour, 24 minutes" etc.
We bought a RaQ 4 server, to find the same situation. We have RaQ 2 and
RaQ3 servers that are working flawlessly since installation, with 50 +
domains and no problem. Right now, Cobalt is still not accepting some
specific failure, althoug they accept they do have or had an issue
regarding NIC failure to respond.
Any help or experiences around?
Thanks all,
Emilio
